American Alpine Club/Iranian Alpine Club Climbers Exchange
Branndon was one of 13 climbers selected by the American Alpine Club to represent the United States as a U.S. delegate in a very unique and rare opportunity to climb the highest mountain in the Middle East, Mt. Damavand. They also had the opportunity to climb Alam Kuh, a technical big wall climb, and second highest mountain in Iran. Several members made first ascents.
